On a rainy summer afternoon, the Bulls played host to the Bohemians, a few fans, and a television crew from Japanese television. Looking for their first win and a few photo opportunities the Bulls came out determined and played with the Bohemians throughout the first half. The VBs, knowing they needed a win to reach the finals were hard to the ball and made the most of their opportunities. Hudson River Rats vs Times Square Tourists

The Bohemian victory in the first game made the contest between the Rats and Tourists an elimination game. The winner would play in the finals. The Tourists came out with less than their full squad and it would play a major factor. The Rats dominated the first 30 minutes of play but did not have much to show for it. They took a two goal lead midway through the third quarter when the Tourists exploded for three goals in three minutes.
